Overview
Mikumi is Tanzania's fourth-largest national park and one of the easiest to reach from Zanzibar. A short flight puts you among elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo and lions, with time to see them properly.
You fly out on the afternoon of day one, with a game drive on the way to a Maasai village before your lodge. Day two is a full day in the park, with lunch inside and a late drive for the sunset. On day three there is one more early game drive before the flight back.
