Horse Riding on the Beach in Nungwi and Kendwa

Overview

Most rides start on the white sand of Nungwi or Kendwa, with the ocean beside you. At high tide you can ride into the warm water and swim with your horse.

More adventurous riders can head inland through coconut groves, farms and fishing villages. Beginners are paired with calm, well-trained horses and get a short introduction first, while experienced riders can ask for livelier horses and longer canters.
