Zanzibar has diving for every level. Mnemba Atoll is a protected reserve with calm coral gardens and turtles, Leven Bank has strong currents and open-water fish for experienced drift divers, and the shallow reefs around Tumbatu are good for spotting small marine life.
Never dived before? A Discover Scuba dive with an instructor is the place to start. Certified divers can join guided fun dives or night dives, and full PADI courses are available.
